I sat in the rose garden every day. In September they are all in full bloom, must be hundreds of them. The park is so clean and well tended. It was so enjoyable to see families enjoying all of the beautiful green space.

Paired with its “twin,” Ann Morrison Park, this green space is arguably the most scenic, natural, beautiful attraction in Idaho’s already-green capital city. It’s imperative to give Julia Davis Park its due diligence by doing one of many activities, such as picnicking, people-watching, photographing, or the combination of the three. The proximity along the unmissable Boise River Greenbelt helps to solidify this place’s worth.

I could spend all day begging you to visit Julia Davis Park, but I trust you’ll heed my advice and go ASAP! Recommended to the nth degree!

The park was right near our hotel and we found ourselves gravitating to it everyday. It is such a lovely place with so much to see. Great place to walk in the evening. We visited several times during our stay in Boise and I think we only saw a fraction of it. Lovely place to visit.

It's a beautiful park, with a superb rose garden. It has a zoo, tennis courts, an area to hold a gathering and other great areas to relax.

My husband and I were on a road trip starting in Boise. We had seen a few other items on this day, and we thought we'd check out this park before heading to the hotel room. What a treat! This park is a multipurpose park with different sections. I spotted the rose garden and we spent our time here. There's a large gazebo in the park with seating inside. Such a nice park and it's free! You could probably spent all day here. It looks like a very family friendly park.

If someone stopped me and asked me "Where can I see a rose garden, street performers playing live music, college kids playing bingo, roller bladers, people dressed like stormtroopers posing for pictures, people playing chess, riding paddleboats, snuggling with their significant other in a quiet spot overlooking the river, and otherwise having a good time?" I would tell them "Go to Julia Davis Park of course!" This is a prime spot along the Greenbelt, and just across the river from Boise State - so much going on, but plenty of space to spread out and find your own little spot to take it all in. The Boise City Planners got it right with Julia Davis Park!

What a great park! We met friends there for a picnic and had an absolutely lovely time. People mind their own business, the park was clean and garbage was well maintained. Restrooms were clean.

Just an overall experience peasant experience.

What a wonderful and large green space right in downtown area of Boise. We parked by the rose garden and the art museum. There were a lot of people out enjoying the green space. Many people walking and biking. There is a path that goes around the lake area. If we lived here, we definitely would use the park a lot!
