This a long interconnected pathway in central Boise and it's great if you want an alternative way of getting around Boise for school, downtown events, or just wanting to check out the surrounding parks in the area.

I suggest taking the Broadway or Vista exit and head towards downtown. You will see Boise State University and the green belt is on the other side of the river behind the University. That is the easiest landmark to help you... More

It is accessible in the area I was. As far as renting a scooter I am personally not aware of places you can rent scooters but that does not mean it does not exist.
