About
Amidst the verdant Tuscan hills, this open-air outlet mall is a prime shopping location. Shop luxury fashion brands like Prada, Valentino and Ferragamo while enjoying steep discounts of up to 50 percent—you can find bigger discounts during summer and winter sales. Additionally, non-EU residents can get tax-free refunds by presenting their passports in exchange for tax-free receipts. If you’re not here for the bargains, visit the Gucci Caffè Restaurant where you can take in wonderful panoramas of the lush landscapes all around. The Mall is open everyday and you can hop on the daily round-trip service from central Florence to get here. – Tripadvisor

Great place to find deals on luxury pieces
Definitely skip Prada and Gucci as the items they stock are made for outlet and of way worse quality (hence why the stores are comparatively so big). You're better off going to Chloe or YSL for more mainstream luxury brands that are actually stocking out of season goods. If you can spend, Loro Piana was amazing.

    Fun experience
We booked tickets for 10 euros each round trip to go to The Mall. The buses were at Piazza Montelungo which was near the train station. We did not have any problems with the bus either way. The ride was about 30-40 minutes. We booked our trip for 8:50 but was crowded so we ended up on the 9:10 bus. We booked an appointment at Gucci at 10:00. Gucci was the most popular store. The stores open at 10 so that would be a recommended time to arrive. We found some purses that we felt were reasonably priced and at quite a reduced rate. Burberry and Moncler were two other stores we liked. It was fun to pop into the other shops as well. There were several restaurants that served light snacks, wine and lunch. Highly recommend.

    Fabulous luxury outlet experience
We were so pleasantly surprised by our visit to The Mall. We found a wonderful range of luxury outlet stores which were really well stocked, the stores we visited had friendly and helpful staff, the on-site restrooms were very clean and well maintained, and the cafe/ restaurant was very good value with a nice selection of food and beverages. I wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often!

    Shopping
It is one of the most luxurious malls I visited. All big brand names are there. The best time to do shopping is in May of each year. Do not forget to ask your free invitation to the vip lounge when you buy more than a thousand dollars.

It’s a shopper’s heaven!! I went bonkers😍😍 Great collections and the such good price. I even was lucky to get extra discounts on the discounted price because of the summer sale. There was hardly any queue, I guess as I went late at 4.00pm. Only big queue was to enter YSL. Also didn’t go to Prada and Gucci as someone wrote that the things they keep there are made for the outlet only

    Rude and expensive.
Super small! Don’t plan to stay more than a couple of hours. If you regularly shop for $2,000+ bags and clothes, “maybe” you might be able to shop here. But most items were drastically out of price range for >90% of the human population. If you have that kind of money to blow, shop at the flagship stores! And there was nothing worth breaking my bank for. Gucci and Fendi had fluorescent dresses for $300 + $360 - but prob not a huge market for those. Save your precious time in Florence. Plus there were certain people that acted like I was invisible - walking Right in front of me and looking at the clothes I was looking at. Unconsciously freaking Rude! Don’t forget I’m American - my rudeness is at a suppressed level and you don’t want to activate it.

A must visit!!!! (if you like designers)
A must visit (if you like the big designers). Prices are literally crazy cheap for what they are selling. The staff are not obnoxious and in your face like most luxury stores. So many designers to choose from. One day in this mall was not enough, had to go twice. They also simplify the process of VAT refunds by giving you the cash early, all you have to do is go to the kiosk when you get to the airport, give them your passport, and confirm you’re leaving. Be sure to bring your passport with you to the mall (pictures work too) as they need it to give you the VAT refund forms. One small complaint: if you are in central Florence, it is about a 30 minute drive with their own shuttle bus. The bus is not free and it’ll cost €15 per person for a round trip ticket. Small inconvenience but worth it!!! Great mall and highly recommended!!!!

A very civilised shopping experience. Some shops have queues to get in but late afternoon and early evening this improves.
Final clearance rails are called special offers and are not particularly clearly marked or easy to find. However these are the biggest reductions.

They need to up their game with decent and up to date travel information.    Perhaps a little more thought on the users and less focus on the glossy nonsense on a website.  All in all, based on my experience, DO NOT waste your time with The Mall.

Despite the website linking you to a direct bus service with bus ticketing there is only vague information on exactly where the bus leaves Florence from.  I assume the location of departure changes on a frequent basis as the various forums online have different places, none of which are correct in July 2022, and the actual ticket does not provide a location.  Even experienced visitors we talked too were confused and it took ages to find the correct spot, having missed the first 2 buses!!  To cap it off the 50 minute ride turned into a one and a half hour slog through heavy traffic.  At least on arrival they made a decent effort at directing people to the pick up point at the far end of the complex.

Having eaten into most of the possible time at the Mall with trying to get there, the actual mall was incredibly disappointing.  The range, sizes and prices was nothing special at all the stores we visited. In fact you could get everything on offer at the same prices in Hong Kong.  All and all you would be better off exploring the sites and sounds of Florence than wasting your valuable holiday time with the Mall.

Just returned from The Mall. It is a 50 mins bus journey from the bus stop near to the main train station, €7 one way and €13 for a return ticket. Get there early even if you have bought the tickets online. Prices are the same online and on the bus.

I did not find many shops offering attractive discounts. Most of them were offering between 10-30 % discount and there are some odd items at steeper discount.

I only managed to buy 1 Moncler jacket at 20 % discount.

I think the efforts to get there may not be worth it. I don’t see people swooping up items like what people do in the USA outlets.

This luxury outlet is not far from Florence. You can find here all famous International and Italian brands at lower prices and they have a tax refund office for immediate refund. Very nice atmosphere and friendly sales stuff! There are bars and restaurants. We will definitely return again next time in Italy.

The boutiques that are part of the Mall are elegant, clean and often full of precious goods that are part of our imagination.
Prada, Gucci, Marni, Montblanc, Church, just to name a few, offer the visitor excellent environments, competent staff and goods in perfect condition. Sometimes, the crowd dissuades the queue; other times, unexpectedly the object we like is right there, ready to be purchased.
Excellent dining options, the Gucci terrace and the two cafés, which also offer delicious quick lunches.
A useful destination, fun and full of dreams that come true.

Great store selection at this outlet. Some of the stores were a little light on inventory but overall there was a good mix of those with limited and those with a lot of options.
It’s easy to get to from Florence, just make sure and buy your bus tickets ahead of time as they can sell out during the busy times.
With names like: Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Celine, Chloe, Versace, Tom Ford, etc. There are plenty of options, with reasonable prices. Just remember, if you’re paying with a US credit card the price that will be charged is dependent upon the exchange rate…and don’t forget to get your tax refund forms, which are good for any purchase over 200 Euros (I believe). This allows for you to get your tax on that purchase refunded to you.
Would love to come back to this outlet and have more time….like the whole day! :)

The mall is pretty far away from florence, don't go there if you don't like high end brands.

Gucci was very crowded, you had to wait in a long line so we decided to skip it. As for other brands, You might be able to find some good pieces here and there, but I couldn't find any good women shoes, even at Tod's.

The outlet itself is located in the countryside. I really like its layout and hilly surrounding. The discount is mostly 20% to 30% in the designer shops and naturally, the popular designs wont be available here. I think i like Chloe shop the best. They have Tess, Drew, Niles, Faye bags in different colours at around 30-35% off. Gucci was disappointing as the range of shoes and bags is limited. Saint Laurent is the same. The shop assistant at Saint Laurent told me that they dont have the uptown pouch as "it costs nothing".... Very poor attitude as something costs £350 is not nothing.

I live in an area that these high end stores are not common in brick and mortar form so we decided to visit. The mall is very nice and clean. It was fun to walk and see everything. However, don’t expect these products to be cheap. They are all on sale but remember when prices are $2500 on a dress, the 20% off sale still makes it a $2000 dress.

The Mall is a nice area that offers luxury shopping at reduced prices. The largest store there is the Gucci store and it has some really great deals. There is also a cafe to get food, and you can file your paperwork for the VATS tax on site. This Mall offers a bus service that picks you up not far from the train station and will return back to the same area. I would suggest making reservations and buying the tockets online for the bus as it can get busy. The bus ride is approximately 45 minutes to an hour one-way depending on traffic.
