This is a great place for kids to swim in safety. Shark nets give peace of mind and the fun underwater search-and-find keeps snorkelers occupied. There are lots of life guards in the snorkel section and their's a younger tot section too. Life jackets are free for everyone. Adults and good swimmers wear the inflatable yellow vest you put over... More

This feels like your own private island since only Disney Cruise passengers can dock here. It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach, but there is a tram service. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Restrooms are nearby. You can choose various activities such as snorkeling, bicycle riding and parasailing. There are only two restaurants that serve... More

We have been on a few Disney cruises in the Caribbean and this is always the highlight of the trip. A private island leased by Disney where the cruise ship docks to the private island (the only one in the industry) and allows you to simply walk off the boat and enjoy your day with no tourist traps but a... This is a great feature of the Disney Cruise Line. They have a little bit of everything for they pickiest families. A family beach which allows parents to chill at the waters edge (get there early for a spot), a "waterpark" with slides (for the swimmers only), a snorkel beach, and the adults only Serenity Bay. The stingray adventure is... More

We spent a day on Castaway Cay in late December on our Disney Wonder cruise. Much anticipated and enjoyed by everyone in our group from 6-70 years old. Our picky 6-year-old raved about lunch at Cookies, my husband loved the 5K run, both kids and adults liked the slide, and we even saw a beautiful sea turtle and some cool... More

Great Place to land and relax. Plenty for Adults only. Beach and White Sand. This is part of Disney's Private Island. What a way to begin or end a cruise. All around relaxing day. Plenty for kids and families as well.

Great beaches. The island has stunning clear waters and white sands. Water activities available. Great place to relax by the beach or bike around the whole island. Bike and water equipment rentals are available. Rating it 5 because of the beach.

We loved our visit to castaway. Fabulous facilities including a kids club, which we took advantage of and a wide range of activities to partake in. A wonderful part of our Disney Cruise experience on the Dream. The cruise was sensational, we loved being on board and took full advantage of the fabulous food, activities and entertainment. Disney certainly do... More

First let me say a Disney cruise with ours granddaughters was excellent! It was worth every penny! Cast away Caye is last stop for the Disney boats. It is big enough to let all passengers come ashore and not feel croweded. The beach is great , the water safee for kids. The snrorkling is for practice only. My son did... More

We stopped on December 31st and had great weather in the 80s. It is easy to walk to the beaches, or you can take the tram if you have lots of bags with you. Loungers and umbrellas were plentiful (we sailed on the Wonder) and the beaches were not overly crowded. We rented tubes for the kids for $10 each.... More
