My husband and I spent 2 nights at the park in one of the cabins. The views are gorgeous, the hikes were not impossible, the falls were pretty, the cabin was clean and had every thing we needed.

There is not one bad campsite in this campground. Very well laid out. One of my favorites. You can drive or walk to some great views. Several hiking trails.

We drove to the park, because our son thought it would be a pretty place to visit. It was not far from the cabin we rented. We walked on a few trails and saw some amazing scenery. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in the Yurt Village. It was clean, family friendly, had easy access to the trails, and was truly a great "glamping" experience.

Since my first review in the Spring of 2016, my family and I have returned to Cloudland Canyon State Park. We stayed in the same Yurt, which was Yurt #3, as the location is just perfect! Yurts 2-6 have less privacy, but are circled around...More

Our family visited this state park last month. We visited on a Tuesday -- the park was not too crowed, but there was a steady stream of people hiking down to the waterfalls. We only had enough time (and energy!) to hike down one path,...More

It depends on how old the kids are. I honestly think you can do it having done both Ruby Falls and Amicalola. There are two waterfalls and different trails. In my opinion, there are stairs but it's much easier than Amicalola... More

It depends, if you're lucky and get to the park early you can park very close to a couple of walk-in sites. I've camped in two of the walk-in sites and one was approx. 150' from parking lot and the second time probably 50'.
