It was hot, I suggest you go early morning,if going later in the day ,drive yourself, the animals aren't that hungry and won't harm your vehicle, you will be grateful for the air.All in all we had a nice time.

My husband took our niece here, she had an absolutely wonderful time. Our bus tour guide was Jack and he was great. Definitely will be back. Loved being able to see all the animals and feeding them from our hands.

This was a wonderful trip! We had a group of less than 40 and reserved a bus. Our driver was very informative and funny! We had food to feed the animals... and they do slobber!! Would definitely come back!!

It depends. If you go on a slow day you can take your time and take almost an hour. If it is busy there will be cars waiting behind you so more like 30 minutes.
