Admission is free, they tell you to consume one drink for every two people and it's not bad, they also need to market their product. The drink costs $25,000. It's a Cocoloco. If you haven't tried it, this is the place to delight and take good photos of it. sea the hole may not blow you hahaha but you will have a pleasant day!!!

We went to this attraction using a rented motorbike. As soon as you arrive, at the first houses on the right, on the road, they tell you that the attraction is free and then they force you to drink drinks. We don't accept it. We walk a little further, on foot, and we can reach Hoyo directly. We understand that consummation is important for the local population but not in the way it is done, forcing people to have drinks before saying that "if this is not the case, it cannot happen". As for the Hoyo blower itself, it's fun, you can get really wet! But it depends on the high tide and the waves. If you're lucky on the day, it's worth a visit, we went twice.

It's a cool place and was definitely a good photo destination but it was way over crowed and confusing. Venders trying to sell you everything under the sun and it's a fight to get a spot to stand near the blow hole. With a little more organization I think it could be a much better tourist stop. I did get an amazing coconut drink! So, there is that! lol

Do not go. Terrible. Initially they say it's free but the locals do nothing but offer drinks and when we refused they treated us badly.

However, we went to see the place, to see if we would pay the 25,000 pesos per adult that they were charging us for the obligatory drinks, when we arrived it was too untidy, filthy. In addition, they built houses almost on top of the hole, which does not allow us to admire the beauty of the place.

They say it's a free attraction, but that's a mistake. It is a place on the slope of the beach that was taken over by traders. These hostile people aggressively block tourists from approaching the beach and demand local consumption, at absurdly abusive prices. Rude, intimidating traders, a terrible experience. A real bore!

I liked it very much, I had already seen photos, but the experience is impacting. They didn 't charge anything to come in or to look or take pictures . It is worth taking pictures or making a video very close . Around there are craft shops and bars. Price of 2 cocktails: 50,000 pesos (well above the rest of the island), but very good.

DO NOT GO!!! They force you to consume something and it is not at all harmless, the manipulation costs 25,000 pesos and each adult must consume something obligatory, you go in and eat it but if the tide is low the effect does not occur (it has not happened for more than 3 months) it is stinky, Dirty and invasive people. You spend 1 minute and spend a lot. lousy tour

It is a picturesque walk, we get off the tourist train and you are not charged admission, you must consume a drink or cocktail. They can consume one per family, in our case there were 3 and we ordered only one and we had no problem. You have to line up to watch the hole blow, it depends on the waves

Not worth the time to get there. Lots of people trying to take advantage of tourists. From where your park your golf-cart transportation to trying to charge you to "get access" to hoyo soplador.

Review the tide chart before you go (as low tide has no "soplador"). If you have idle time and "got tired" of laying at the crystal clear water beaches.... go check it out.

Otherwise, drive by during your "tour-the-island" trip and keep on going.

Note: Access is FREE. Some people will claim you have to pay to go or buy an overpriced coconut water or drink for a "free" entrance. DO NOT reward these people with your business or money. Save it for the people in the island who actually work hard and deserve it.

Like Johnny Cay and el Acuario, is in need of improvement. It is deteriorated. Unsafe. The people attending to it are a little better than the ones at el Acuario. However, much needed training about civility, good manners is urgently necessary.
I wonder what the government is doing with all the money they get from the "special fee" they charge the tourists. This island used to be like a "Parsdise". It's beginning to look like a ghetto place. I hope something is done before is too late.
You must wear good shoes to walk
on the coral rocks to be able to get close to the sprayer of water.
