This is one of the biggest dairy/chicken farms in Gilmer County. Several years ago Mrs. Wright began growing and selling heritage animals and the meat is wonderful. Animals grown the old fashioned way and you cannot beat the taste.

This is a real family owned and operated farm. They have a country store their where they sell wonderful, local foods. They have fresh eggs and meat all for sale, but the best part to me is the animals that you can pet and watch. Kids love these! Big kids and small ones :) .

The drive to the farm store was beautiful & allowed us to enjoy the farm country. The staff were incredibly courteous & helpful. We had many questions about their products & how well they would "keep" during our drive home. We purchased meat, cheese, butter, & goat milk soap. The butter was delicious on a slice of warm bread &... More

Let me start by saying that the folks are AWESOME here. They are very helpful and informative. We were a little disappointed that it really isn't a petting zoo for the kids. Yes, they can reach through the fence and pet, but not go in. You can't feed them either. We purchased some meat (haven't cooked it yet) except for... More

This is a wonderful spot for adults and children. The meat is grass fed, and yes, there is a difference in the taste. The ice cream is wonderful. The store is clean, staff friendly. There are animals outside that the children love to "visit" (adults too). In spring the trees are beautiful. I wish they were closer, but it is... More

Great drive to get here! Scenic- just a very cool, short drive through the woods from Ellijay. Small farm store with friendly animals to pet and watch- goats, sheep, rabbits, etc. Super friendly people working there and very helpful with providing information on the products. Prices for meats I think are very reasonable. I've had the spare ribs, grass-fed hamburger... More

My husband and I were referred to this farm by one of the locals during a visit to Ellijay and we loved it! We purchased some sausage, butter, eggs, and bacon and they were all the freshest we have ever had. We also purchased the peach and the clover scented soaps and moisturizers and those are wonderful too! Will be... More

After visiting a couple of wineries in the area, my friends and I stopped in for some ice cream. The salted caramel is absolutely fabulous. Another plus is the cheese. We had tasted some Jack cheese at a local winery. After eating that cheese, I knew I had to stop by and bring some back. We actually went back a... More

Even though it was 10am and cold we found ourselves eating their maple brown sugar and goat's milk Bing cherry ice creams and loving it.....after talking with Miss Becky the farm store manager on duty we bought some 12 pounds of different smoked cheeses and goat cheese spreads; a variety of pickles, jams, and sauces; hand soap and skin lotions;...
