Wonderful place to see. The rock eagle effigy is something to see. There are a lot of other sights to see also. They have a pioneer sight with d farming tools to see.

I attended camp this summer with a group of kids. We all enjoyed it, the staff are all very helpful and accommodating. This is a really neat historical site, really appreciated once the story of Rock Eagle was told.

This is very interesting and totally not what i expected. Apparently people long ago made these figures from rocks but it is really hard to see the shape unless you are up in the tower or looking down from above. No one really knows why...More

A great place to walk and explore. Good for the whole family and picnics. Nice trails, climbing the Eagle Rock Tower and reading the history.

I haven't been in 20 years but it was as cool and as mysterious as it was back then. Not much to see around but that there isn't much known about the origin which adds to the enjoyment of seeing this mound!!

Yes you can. From the bank or on the lake in a boat. Trolling motor only no gas engines allowed. Also no night fishing.
