Darien Outlet Center is a conveniently located open-air shopping center featuring merchants such as Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Gap Outlet, Coach Factory and Tommy Hilfiger, along with unique and eclectic shops, boutiques and thrifts stores. The streets are cobble stone, the flower baskets bloom bright and often the flags flutter in the coastal breezes. The savings are tremendous, and the shopping adventure is real. Easy access off Interstate 95 at exit 49, mid-way between Savannah and Jacksonville, within two miles of historic downtown Darien, "where Georgia began." Latest addition - James Allen, Southern Picker Antiques Outlet.

Wow! What happened to this place? It used to be full go stores and lots of people. There are only 3 stores left. Rack Room shoes, the polo store and an antique store.

Practically deserted. Depressing. The visitors center, a couple of stores, and the YMCA are just about the only functioning places.

The first time we stayed in Darien, Ga . was because the mall was advertised on the computer. We booked a room across the street and boy were we surprised when we found out the whole mall( except for 4 stores) was closed down. We...More

We were surprised to come and find the majority of the stores were closed down. Only a few stores were open. The best was the gap.

I always enjoy looking at outlet malls as we travel around the country. This mall should just close the doors of the few places that are open. The mall looked clean, but it should as there were so few cars in the lot. It looks...More

I used to love stopping in here. We came by every Christmas after vacationing on Jekyll. No more...nearly all shops are closed. I don't know what happened. It used to be packed. So sad. It's like a ghost town. I hope it comes back...

Do not go out of your way. But if you're in the area on a rainy day, it's likely to be a good time for a couple of hours. There's still a handful of outlet stores. It's close to a fun Mexican food restaurant called...More

ALMOST COMPLETELY DESERTED. The entire mall looked like it was out of business. This place should be removed. Don't travel here looking for shopping!
