This is a must for the kids on a trip. Weekends are the best when you get to see the new kids born in the cabbage patch.

My husband and I brought our daughter today for our first visit to Babyland. From reading reviews, I was expecting something similar to the American Girl store in Atlanta. I was SO wrong! This place is amazing! When we rounded the corner and got our first glimpse of the Babyland General Hospital even my husband's jaw dropped. It looks like... More

I have lived in Cleveland my whole life, and I can honestly say Babyland is not something to miss. The tour is free and if you stay for a birth you might get to name a baby! The house also host a variety of events in their event room like weddings, proms, and business events for a very reasonable rate.... More

My wife and I both had the opportunity to visit the original "hospital" as children and decided to revisit our childhood on our anniversary weekend away. While the building is beautiful, it's just way too commercialized and more of a giant store as opposed to the experience it once was.

When we drove to Babyland our mouths dropped open. This place looked like a mansion sitting up on a hill. The parking lot was spacious. The cost to go in was FREE. Wow. What is free these days? When we went in a friendly lady in a nurses uniform greeted us and told us all about Babyland. We were able... More

What an awesome place! Who knew that Cabbage Patch dolls could have there own hospital. Plenty of things to look out and merchandise is reasonable price. Admission is free which is an even more reason to visit them.

The building in which Babyland General is located is absolutely beautiful. Behind the building there are rolling mountain views and beautiful foliage. Inside is where Cabbage Patch Kids are born. I don't have any children, but I can only imagine that this would be the place to take them. If you have the opportunity to experience a "live" birth I... More

My girlfriend had been wanting to go to Babyland for years so we decided to take a trip to Cleveland to check it out. I firmly expected not to like it but I was happily surprised that it was enjoyable. The dolls were very adorable with one fairly major problem: expensive. Yes, the admission is free, but the dolls cost... More

This place is just a giant gift shop. They have a couple of small rooms that are set up as nurseries and when you first go in they have older dolls that tell you how much they are worth now. The only thing that was interesting to my granddaughters was the giant tree where mother cabbage gives birth. They do... More

Xavier Roberts put Cleveland on the map when he invented the Babyland General doll. The hospital is just like a real hospital with nurses and doctors and they deliver baby's right there in the delivery room. Each baby is born in a cabbage patch. You can adopt one just like a real baby. They take their job very serious. It's... More
