This beach on the Atlantic Ocean side of the Island was very beautiful with a narrow entry to the bay and crystal clear waters to snorkel in. There were probably only 10 other people on the whole 3/4 mile long beach. We did not partake...More

We had lunch in Falmouth and a local suggested we stop at Half-Moon bay on the way home. Pretty beach with quite a bit of plant debris. Except for an occasional tree, there is practically no cover from the sun. You definitely need sunscreen here...More

Fun to ride on the waves (except I lost my sunglasses) but there are also some excellent swimming spots, good beach and sun spots, and it's fun to crawl around and hike on the rocks and watch the waves splash. The water is stunningly beautiful...More

Very beautiful beach. Relaxing atmosphere and they have a decent lunch place there at the beach. This is a beach worth visiting.

It is a beautiful beach with very few people around . The waves are strong so need to be careful with children. We have a lovely time there with friends and family.

We have been to this beach three times over the years and always go back. Don't expect any 'attractions', the beach is all you need. It's a stunning unspoiled view, very quiet and you can get a bit of shade under the trees. Swimming is...More

There is Smiling Harrys along the road, but we went to the Beach Bum Shack overlooking the bay a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely excellent. Can recommend the grilled chicken strips.
