Me and my guy went to check it out since we like culture. The door was locked and women can not go through the back door but they can through front. Must take shoes off. People were friendly. The temple was unique and lovely. We didn't go for a time of prayer but I would like to go back during... More

We went for the market on a Sunday. Beautiful views and buildings, and if you want some good food this is where it is at.

Very nice place in town and amazing (and authentic) Thai place where you can go not only to pray, but also to experience the wide Thai community they have there. It's so authentic, you might find someone who's been living there for years and who's not even able to speak English, only Thai. You can't miss it if you are... More

Real homemade traditional Buddhist food. Always mobbed on Sunday. Outdoor picnic tables. Beautiful location. Very spiritual. Anyone can enter temple and watch or participate. I think 1pm service. Very peaceful

My wife and I stopped by on our way from Tampa to Orlando on a Tuesday. It was empty and quiet which was perfect for meditation in the temple. It's absolutely beautiful place for worship. The grounds are serene, waterfront and there's two amazing dragon statues. On Sunday's they have a large brunch.

The temple serves only a Sunday brunch. It has a lovely riverside setting with picnic tables under the trees. Feel free to enter the temple (a sign will remind you to remove your shoes.) Different serving lines offer a variety of authentic fare. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. A market is set up selling fruits and veggies, potted... More

We absolutely love this place. We haven't tried everything, but everything we've had has been delicious. The lines can get to be pretty ridiculous, so we try to get the right around 10. They redid the layout a few months ago, and now they have even more things to pick from. The food is very authentic, and the atmosphere (between... More

The Temple's Sunday Market was my favorite thing about Tampa, and when my parents visited, this is the thing they raved about and wanted to come back to the most. The Temple is amazing - don't be afraid to take your shoes off and, quietly, go inside - and overall it's a beautiful setting with picnic benches by the river.... More

A good serene location and a spiritual experience and a gastronomical experience if we go there on a Sunday morning.
