The cash lane is the one place the traffic will back up often. If you get a SUNPASS, you drive through the quicker lanes and your pass is billed. I believe the toll is $1.25 each way, but I use a SUNPASS, so I haven't had to stop to pay in years. You can get the pass at groceries and many drug stores and set it up online to bill your credit card. If you winter in Florida, get one. You are only billed for usage. No monthly fee.
