We stopped along the bridge to look at the sights and watch the fisherman. It's an impressive bridge that you can see for miles as you approach it.

This is a view that is as good as you can get anywhere on the East Coast! You'll occasionly see cruise or cargo ships traveling under the bridge when you are crossing it. Great views of the fisherman on the old bridge also remind you...More

The Skyway has a wonderful view of Tampa Bay and should be traveled during the day, but it is attractive at night as well with it's many lights.

I am sure this bridge was an engineering dream project. The structure spans across Tampa Bay with spectacular views. The beauty of the gold columns and design is a must see. Definitely this area is representative of the Florida I have loved all my life.

Approach from the South is best. You curve around and all of a sudden, there's water on both sides of you with the bridge looming ahead. It's an incredible view from the top!

Hello, If you are coming from south, it is better to use the Skyway. From Tampa you can use US-60 W. There are also two more bridges from Tampa.

I have a Sunpass and it takes it so I'm going to assume it's also Pay by Plate like the rest of the roadways! Have Fun.
