Beautiful park, very walkable with nice lake. Great Gardens and trails to walk in the woods. Great escape of the urban concrete.

I came here to take shots with my new camera and was astonished by the beautiful grounds. From what was to be a short trip, turned into a half a day.

Doesn't have a lot of flowers like you would think. This place has a lot of green shrubs and there's a lot of WALKING. No place to buy items for souvenirs.

It's been such a warm winter that Maclay Gardens began blooming in February this year. The park was beautiful with all the flowering trees and is always very well maintained. The house was also open and staffed with a knowledgeable docent. A hidden Tallahassee treasure.

A beautiful setting for a walk, to admire the vegetation - especially the camellias in December - and swim in the warmer months.

The gardens are gorgeous. Great way to spend an afternoon, walking the grounds or sitting on a bench. 6 bucks for he day or a yearly pass. Great Value. They have a lake, swimming and boating.
