This beach is easy acces through the county park. Nice clean beach with black shell like sand and aqua green water. The water line does drop off about 12 inches so the little ones might have a time getting in and out. Not so deep...More

Turtle Beach is at the southern end of Siesta Key (Sarasota). It doesn't have the "white sand" like Siesta Key, but is still a great stretch of beach. Parking is somewhat limited when spring break is in full swing, but the beach has plenty of...More

My family and I absolutely love this beach! My only complaint is that their are little to no public restrooms and parking can be difficult.

We visited Turtle Beach on a day we did not feel like dealing with the crowds at Siesta Key Beach. We found the beach to be uncrowded, pleasant and spent several hours in the sun. Nice respite from the Public Beach at Siesta, even if...More

While I have access to the beautiful white sandy beach through the condo I am staying at, I keep finding myself loading the car to head to Turtle beach. While the sand isn’t as nice and the water drops off quicker than Siesta beach, it...More

Ended up here after driving around Siesta Beach without being able to find parking. I was able to get parking even during Spring Break in the afternoon. The beach is your typical FL beach nice blue/green water sand nowhere near as nice as Siesta. I...More
