Turtle Beach is at the southern end of Siesta Key (Sarasota). It doesn't have the "white sand" like Siesta Key, but is still a great stretch of beach. Parking is somewhat limited when spring break is in full swing, but the beach has plenty of...More

My family and I absolutely love this beach! My only complaint is that their are little to no public restrooms and parking can be difficult.

We visited Turtle Beach on a day we did not feel like dealing with the crowds at Siesta Key Beach. We found the beach to be uncrowded, pleasant and spent several hours in the sun. Nice respite from the Public Beach at Siesta, even if...More

Nice beach not as crowded as Siesta Beach. The water drops off faster then at Seista. Great for sunsets too!

Nice and empty the chilly day we visited! So windy the sand hurt when it hit my bare legs. More like a January day than the March day ! The gulf was churning.
