Got there at 7 am with no one else out there, it was beautiful and made many beautiful pictures. It’s busy in the evening so I would highly recommend the am. Perfect for sight seeing and photos.

We thought this might be interesting. We were driving and could not figure where to stop. Where to park etc. lots of no parking signs up. Maybe it’s only accessible by walking on beach side ? It’s what I’ve read on other reviews that makes...More

We like climbing the rocks when the tide is down and seeing the birds and the awesome views of the rocks with the water. So beautiful!

Siesta Keys is a great beach, but the point of rocks is not worthy of a top 10 Spot. If you are there walk to the south end of the beach and take a look. But don’t go out of your way to see it.

My husband and daughter went snorkeling here and saw quite a few fish; some of them rather large. You can walk out there during low tide or walk on a large retaining wall to get there.

If you are on Siesta Key Beach and decide to go on a long walk down to the end of the beach passing all the beachfront condos, you will come to a wall that has or at least had a mural painted on it. For...More

We were vacationing down in this area. We weren't looking for this specifically. We were just walking the beach and saw some people carefully walking out to a ledge on the side of a wall. The wall had a tall fence on top of it...More

This used to be the end of Crescent beach. For years I've watch people walk there, touch the wall, then turn for the second part of their walk. But this year, maybe due to the hurricane(?) the wall is under water. It is a good...More

I loved climbing on the rocks and checking out the tide pools as a child, have loved bringing my children here, and look forward to showing it to my grandchildren. The shelling isn't as easy as it was 40 years ago, but I still love...More

I 100% agree with dwvonfischer. Best to snorkel at high tide (around the point if you like. No walking around the point required). Walk around the point at low tide. Bring water shoes - rocks can be sharp.

I think there is some rule about fishing from the shore and if you are Floridian (live here) then don't need license and if fish from boat then you do. I do know you are allowed to fish from point of rocks.
