Our family has visited this garden twice. It is a great place of imagination for children. I would think this is best for children ages 2-5. There are places to run, jump, climb and swing. Cool art works line the place. Bring a picnic as...More

I brought my toddler (2) here and she adored it. So many themed areas for them to play imaginatively. We also loved story time with one of the owners. She even had special listening powder (glitter) to help them pay attention. The only gripe I...More

Visited a few years ago and knew that if I could only take my grandchildren to one place, the Children's Garden in Sarasota would be IT!! They have a great time and there is another amazing thing to explore around every beautiful corner.

When we first arrived we weren't sure what to expect. The location seems strange for a child's garden (on a street with like warehouses and stuff) but there is ample parking including a designated lot but street parking is permitted as well. The staff is...More

The way we look at it, this is a junkyard. An expensive one at that! A park or playground should not have rusted metal. Period! However, the little ones actually like this place. I heard it was fun from others but when we first went...More

Took our 3 yr old granddaughter as an alternative to the Jungle Gardens. She enjoyed it starting with the dress up house. Pirates ship , Hobbitville and the 7 dwarfs house were her highlights. Reasonably priced and fun with pleasant staff.

There are no food options, only a cute gift shop. She may sell water. You can bring in all your own food.
