These people have rescued birds that are being rehabilitated or cannot be returned to the wild. It is inexpensive and worth taking time to help them out!

All kinds of birds, a good variety of owls, and sea birds, even fancy Cockatoo's. They are doing a wonderful job saving the injured birds and could use your support and visit.

I thought this was a little unprofessional and seemed to be underfunded. The display areas were not attractive

Very nice staff. Wonderful to see these volunteers helping these beautiful creatures. Highly recommended place to go. Don’t go to zoos, Aquariums places where they capture, breed animals for entertainment. Visit sanctuaries where they are saving lives, and releasing animals that are well enough to...More

We enjoyed a quiet stroll through the area. It was nice to see the birds recovering and had a safe place to do so.

This is a place that has an admirable mission. I feel it needs the support of the community. Their work should be applauded. We saw many birds that have been rescued up close and learned a lot about the seabirds and raptors. A must see.

Stopped here between trips at Mote aquarium. Lots of birds here. They ask for a donation on the honor system. Sadly, nobody was on hand to answer questions. But it was a self-guided tour, and there were many different birds to see. Owls, Hawks, Pelicans,...More

It seems like they’re doing a good job of saving seabirds. We saw a lot of different birds up close and not all were sea birds. I was surprised to see 6 great horned owls in one cage. Oddly, we didn’t see one employee while...More

This is a neat little facility with a large selection of birds. They didn't really have any hands-on activities or presentations when we were there, it was more of a self-guided tour. We stopped in here after visiting Mote Aquarium (admission is 1/2 price when...More
