This museum is really many experiences -- the circus museum, the Ca d'Zan, the Beaux Art museum, the Muse restaurant -- each is worthy of a visit all on it's own.

This should not be missed. The miniatures are amazing and each one is different. Several videos that show life in the circus. Several of the authentic circus wagons including the cannon that the performer was shot from. The mansion of the Ringlings is beautiful. Well worth the admission price.

We've been several times. It's actually free on Mondays. The grounds are beautiful and the artwork is fabulous. Definitely check it out.

Stunning works of art. Took my high school aged son there for his Art Class project. Can't wait to go again!

Stayed in Sarasota two nights just so that we could go to the Ringling. It is definitely worth going to visit. Make sure you sign up for the docent lead tour of Mabel and John Ringling's home. It is worth the price. Loved the Big Top Museum, and also the Circus Museum. Had lunch at the Café where you could... More

The Ringling consists of the Ringling home – Ca’ D’ Zan, the museum of art, the circus museum, extensive gardens, theatre and education center. We only had time to visit Ca‘ D’ Zan, the art museum and the gardens. Access to Ca’ D’ Zan is by a docent led tour only; however, enough time is allowed in each room to... More

Out of the world the art work that this family possessed was unbelievable to say the least. You must spend the whole day on the grounds to even begin to take this all in.
