You can easily recognize that Florida has made a serious investment in its tourism infrastructure and spent a lot of money on developing excellent state parks throughout the length and breadth of its territory! Topsail has been week designed and laid out with complete services for RV's providing water, electricity, sewer and cable TV in a well spaced out layout... More

This is a beautiful state park with many rv sites. Ours was very roomy and level with full hookups and a picnic bench. The are walking and biking paths to the beach and to nature trails. They had a band on Friday night and a breakfast on Saturday morning as fund raisers for the park. The bathrooms are old but... More

What a great time we spend at Topsail Beach State Park! We rented a cabin and get away for 4 days with our kids. The cabin had all utensils needed for our time there. They even have a coffee maker with filters! Just bring your coffee and sugar. Nice place! Very clean! The distance to the beach is just 3/4... More

The is a gem hidden in the panhandle of Florida. We love this place. If you don't have a RV or motor coach, no worries they have cabins, not fancy basic. Very friendly just wonderful!

Topsail Beach State Preserve (TBSP) is possibly Florida's TOP campground in the north end of the state (the Keys are still King). What is nice about this park is its proximity to Destin AND its additional amenities like a POOL, a tram to the beach, extensive bike and hiking trails plus a TERRIFIC Geo-Cache. While Henderson Beach State Park is... More

It's a bit of a hike (around a mile) from the parking lot to the beach, but it's well worth it. The dune formations visible from the boardwalk are amazing and the view of the sunset over the Gulf is stunning.

Every positive annotation in all reviews is accurate. This campground is top-notch. We were wonderfully surprised as we did not expect nearly all private parking campsites to have plentiful shade, gorgeous palms and towering pines. Extremely clean and well kept. Although it is true a few pads need repair, this campground is vast and the majority are level and comprised... More

I used to go running here and still do, but along the beach. The Park is beautiful...check out their website for camping, etc. One of the nicest beaches on 30A.

This is a top rate RV Resort. Be sure to make reservations as it stays booked. Don't be misled. The beach is a ways away but you can walk the nice paved path to the dunes or you can catch the Resort Trolley when it is in operation. We try to visit after the snow birds leave as it stays... More

We camped here for 3 nights and it was very quiet and relaxing. It is a long walk to the beach but they have a tram a few times a day to take you there.
