Great area in St Petersburg. Lots of vintage homes and some many have been lovingly restored. Preserve the 'Burg offers a Walking Tour on a fairly regular basis.

this community sticks together and has pride in the houses and how people see the community it is one of the good family communities and watches out for their neighbors

I hope they don’t destroy the area. Real estate is very valuable and huge apartments are being built in downtown. It was raining and didn’t get out to walk.

Kenwood runs 9th Ave. N to Central Ave. They have some beautiful homes, Medteranian, Spanish design.
