Very Beautiful, has marina, crabby Bills, very nice walking trail, great for bikes also. Pet friendly. water playground children, & adults enjoy, Fenced in lake beach great for swimming. I highly recommend going we always enjoy, bonus a new small beach type food, & drinks avail for purchase. Clean restrooms west end pavilion, but very heavy doors with no handicap push button is upsetting to me for self, & others. Give it a go I think you'll enjoy. Beautiful views & sunsets

The whole area is well worth a visit. If you have children, no problem, excellent play park and beach. Good walking spot in a vert laid back spot away from the disney spell,, . Nice man owns the cafe by the beach on the lake.

Walked here after having lunch at Crabby Bill's. Spent some time just relaxing on some of the park benches along the way and watching the various species of birds, including Sandhill Cranes. Once you get to the end of the point it is very quiet and there are several benches available here as well, although they are all in full sun. There is a covered area if shade is needed, but no seating in that area.

Dan Tarell Memorial Point gives you the feeling of being in the middle of the lake while remaining safe on the shore. There is a covered area (no tables) located at the point as well as a number of picnic tables at the beginning of the path to the point. Crabby Bills Restaurant and a mini, small child's water play area are also located at the beginning of the pathway to the point. Adjacent to the walking path is a beach front for East Lake Tohopekaliga. It provides several hours of enjoyment.

We always take a walk to the Point after dining at Crabby Bill's. Pleasant and relaxing, I just wish there were more benches to sit. Plus you have to walk through the grass to get to the benches instead of having a sidewalk so many times you're getting wet or dirty to get to the benches.

Visited St Cloud to watch the P1 SuperStock USA championship in May 2016. We watched the racing from Dan Tarell memorial Point on tghe lake. We were supprised to find that this is worth a visit any time of the year as they have a beautiful man made beach and kids play area. There are BBQ areas set up for public use and good parking. The best bit is it is all free.
We also visited Crabbie Bills the restaurant by thr small marina which is excellant for food.

We come here for a walk every time we visit family in the area. Kids play in the park, we walk out to the point, watch the wildlife and, some days, the airplanes landing in Orlando.

Pretty strolling place even nicer as the heat of the day eases off and the sun starts to set. Lovely water views and easy walking or jogging if you’re into that. Very photogenic. Good place to eat at Crabby Bills right next door too!
