This was so pretty and right on the water by the Bridge of Lions. Parking was horrific though. We had to illegally park at the Ripleys up the road. Definitely recommend using the area’s trolley! The weather was perfect. It was free to roam around...More

Stopped by the Fort while visiting St. Augustine. Fun to watch the cannon re-enactment. The self guided tour was highlighted by different demonstration going on.

There was a lot of information to hear and see. Thankfully some of the places are air conditioned so one could take a break from the heat. A must see if in St. Augustine.

This is the most beautiful fort right on the bay. Its a besutiful place to spend the day and learn about St. Augustine history. There is a reinactment of the soldiers and they even light off a canon!

On the outside, anyway. Since we visited in Jan.2019 during the partial government shutdown no one was allowed inside. Oh, well. Maybe next time.

Due to government shut down we were unable to tour inside but the trolley does make a stop if you’d like to see the outside or inside after the government resumes operation.

It's on the oldest buildings made by Europeans in USA, must visit. It was build in form of 4 corner diamond on the shore, and could keep defense from sea and land.

No, it is closed due to Government shutdown. We were in St. Augustine in December when the shutdown started and it was closed.

They are $10, but if you have a Golden Eagle pass for the National Parks, you don't need to pay a fee.
