Beautiful Spanish style which is different from most Catholic cathedrals. Very unique and we'll worth a visit.

We were met inside this beautiful basilica by a docent who gave us many interesting details about the paintings and the stained glass. If you like cathedrals you shouldn't miss this!

Most of us come to St. Augustine for the history, at least in part, and this church is certainly a good part of that history. The architecture and the art work is awe-inspiring, while the location and price (free) can't be beat. Someday I'll come...More

I had not been in the church for a few years and they freshened up the interior. Very distinct red ceiling. It is not a large church but a reminder of missionary times.

I would make it a must see place to visit. Beautiful stain glass. The architecture inside and out is amazing! There is a small gift shop. Candles (to light) are $5 and $10.00. Quiet reflective!

Beautiful bright church. Recommend a visit but sometimes not open when services are going on and has limited hours.

Pat G. No, you do not need a ticket. A collection will be taken up at the Offertory, but it is absolutely voluntary. In short, it would not cost you a penny, unless you want to donate.

I'm sorry we only visit in the summer. It's a fully functional church so I would say yes. You can always google their name.
