Join us on a Ghostly Encounter. Enter the Love Tree Cottage to hear strange and unusual stories of those who refuse to leave. We also visit two cemeteries, the city gates the grounds of the Old Fort and many of your guides favorite haunts. Tour will last approximately 90 minutes with about 35 to 40 minutes of actual walking. People come from all over Florida, Ponte Vedra, Vilano Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Hastings, Palatka, Daytona Beach, and Orlando to name a few to take our tour. We have been touring longer than all other ghost tours in St. Augustine, except one, which now does not have the same owner. We offer an exceptional experience for the entire family and are pet friendly as well. No one tries harder to make you happy than the guides at "A Ghostly Encounter"!

We went on this tour last night and had a great time. Our dog was able to come with us which was fun. I even found a blue ribbon on one of my photos. Have to go on tour to find out what it means!

This was a great tour. Jim, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the area and was fun to talk with and listen too. It was a large group overall and at times it was a little hard to hear over the traffic, but it...More

I thought the tour was great! I'm not one for scary things but it was a great mix of history and ghost stories! Definitely would recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a fun night with some fun tour guides!

We're not unhappy with the ghost tour but pretty confidant this is not the best one in town. Walking up to the Castillo at night was the coolest part of the tour, the "haunted building" was a let-down.

As the subject of this post says, this tour was more historically oriented than spooky. I was expecting something more interesting frankly. Our guide was Tracy who did a great job of sharing the history of St. Augustine with us.

I enjoyed the stories but didn't find some credible or likely. It's important to note, I am a skeptic but I went on the tour because my family wanted to. I was more persuaded because I thought we would get to walk through cemeteries and...More
