When it comes to shore diving, muck diving or just plain diving, the Blue Heron Bridge is often hailed as the best in the Americas. A great variety of life, easy shore entry and months of tropical warm water from late spring until late fall makes this a great place to dive. As the only dive shop located at the bridge inside Phil Foster Park, Blue Heron Bridge Scuba is uniquely placed to serve the needs of the dive community.

Great place to snorkel at high tide, some downfalls would be bums living under the bridge where it smells of pee and marijuana smoke. Place could be cleaner as well. This place could be off the charts with a little Tlc.

A friendly operator providing tanks and gear for self-guided dives at Blue Heron Bridge. Although visibility is sometimes poor, the dive is great fun, with many interesting creatures to see.

Let's separate two things - diving Blue Heron Bridge and diving with Blue Heron Bridge Scuba both in Phil Foster Park. The first is awesome if you're into muck diving, the second is a rather ho, hum service with a tiny shop, rather disinterested staff...More

I would have never thought to snorkel under a bridgehead but the artificial reef there is great! There is a dive shop in the back of the parking lot where you can rent snorkel and scuba equipment. Prices are cheap and you can keep the...More

Blue Heron Bridge is a surprisingly good dive for being in at most 20 feet of water. This scuba shop is by far the most convenient for getting gear if you don't have yours with you. They were really helpful to get us fitted and...More

We are becoming "regulars" at Blue Heron Bridge. We spent a week with a group of like-minded "Kritter Hunters" scuba diving at the bridge in April. We rented tanks with BHB Scuba and always enjoyed bantering with Christy (owner) and the staff. They have always...More

This is a public place. You can bring you own. Before you go, download the map on-line so you will know where to swim- and were to not swim. (It is adjacent to a channel with boats).
