We very much enjoyed our stay. The manager, Wendy, was friendly and very helpful. We made use of the canoe and bicycles. Wendy directed us to the wilderness area of the National Park which was beautiful. The breakfast was very nice and we would highly recommend this Inn.

We normally take a family vacation to the Florida panhandle each year, but generally stay in the Seagrove Beach area. This year we stayed on the Cape, and it was a great choice. Everyone in our party from age eight to seventy was pleased with our change of scenery. Even better, we were able to bring our two dogs as... More

Cape San Blas is a thin peninsula stretching 17 miles parallel to the Gulf coast along the west side of the Apalachicola River delta. It is less than a quarter mile wide with a single paved road (route 30E) and a bicycle path running its length. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is at the northern tip. The Gulf side of... More

A dog friendly beach with almost no one on it. Clean white sand, clear water, and an amazing view across the Gulf. The reason for the very good rating is, there is nothing else out there. Very few restaurants, a couple of gas stations, no grocery stores. If you need anything, you will be driving to Port St. Joe or... More

If you are looking for white sand and lots of it this is your place. Over Christmas week this is the place to go. Not really crowed and very beautiful. Also good for shell collecting

Brought my dog and we all had a good run on the beach. Very hospitable for dogs. Trail is kind of long to get to beach but there are boardwalks which make it easier. Great for walking on the beach

If the opportunity presents itself again, my husband and I will definitely revisit. We went for peace, quiet and ocean views and every one of those was met. Even in the late fall there are no-see-ems, pesky tiny biting gnats. The views were so stunning I braved them. Many wonderful rentals right on the beach. Very memorable trip.

We drive to the Cape every year on our vacation to Florida. I love it's seclusion (you are sometimes the only one on the beach). Bring a cooler and spend the afternoon with the waves and white sand.

Awesome place. This is my favorite place. I drive from Ohio every chance I get to soak it all in. This place hasn't been spoiled or trashed by tourists. On the drive home you are already planning your next trip back. In this area, (Port St. Joe/Indian Pass/Mexico Beach) people treat you like family. If you decide to visit, please... More

If you want a quite peaceful vacation it doesn't get any better than this. They only allow campers on the island. A whole island to yourself almost. Large seashells come in here. Quiet and peaceful, no crowds, no commercial properties, just natural florida surrounded by water and beach. I never wanted to leave. There is nothing like the natural beauty... More
