We are a dedicated, private ground transportation service provider, we operate on your schedule. We focus on operations between MCO Orlando International Airport and the surrounding hotels and resorts for travels heading here to all cruise ships in Port Canaveral. We are not a shared shuttle service.

Communication with Ginny to book and pay for the transportation was excellent. She answered any question I had to set my mind at ease that our driver would meet us at the airport when we arrived in Orlando and that he would not leave us behind if our plane was late. Frank (our driver) texted me at the airport so we knew where to meet him. He was very courteous and helped us with all our luggage. He made good suggestions at the hotel to make our trip to and from our cruise ship and back to the airport when we returned hassle free. I would highly recommend and use this service any time. It was worth every cent I paid!

My Family took a cruise out of Port Canaveral on November 10, 2023. We were flying into the Orlando Airport and needed reliable transportation to the cruise port.
Cape Canaveral Transportation was the BEST way for my family to go. They arrived early and waited for us, then took us straight to the cruise port. We even asked the driver to make a stop at CVS so we could pick up some essentials we forgot at home.
Then, when our cruise was over, they were waiting to take us back to the airport. They helped make our trip seamless and I can't tell you how important it was to not have to stress about reliable transportation.

Frank took great care of me and my girlfriends from MCO to our Cape Canaveral hotel, and again from Port Canaveral to MCO. He was informative and pleasant, and the private van was comfortable and clean. Communication was easy.

Making the reservation was easy and effective. On trip day, Frank was right there to meet us at the airport (MCO) baggage claim. Called us by phone as soon as we landed. Trip to Port Canaveral Hotel was excellent (fast, safe, comfortable, interactive and informative!) Frank even took us on a short tour of the port and pointed out good places to eat. Pick up to go to the ship the next morning needed a last minute adjustment but went smoothly and we got there on time. And finally, Brian picked us up at the cruise terminal a week later to take us back to the airport. Picked up right away and the trip to the airport was again well done!!! It was certainly great to have private transfers instead of sharing the rides. Service was great and plan execution well done. Thanks for a job well done Cape Canaveral Transportation!!!

Yes, and no, as we ourselves do not have a lift/ramp type van. We would redirect this order to an associate company here for this type service.

I booked a 12:36 flight at NOV airport. I'll be coming in off a cruise. I originally just planned on using Carnival' s van but their message says no flights before 12:50. I haven't checked to see if they'll accept the 12:36. Can Cape Canaveral Transportation get my husband and I to the airport on time if we self disembark?

Yes we can accommodate an earlier disembarkation pick up off the ship, especially is your familiar with the "self disembarkation" process. Be advised on a typical day the transit between Port Canaveral and MCO Orlando is on average an 1 hour (50 mile) trip, so we would ask that we see you off the ship by 9 am for a flight at noonish. You can visit our web site and select to request a quote. We will follow up with you shortly there after for an official booking.
