Worst experience ever. I gave them one bad review and it made no difference. In looking at your advertisement, I can see why my opinion does not matter. Well today, I went in to play and was told they dropped me from a Platnium Player to a Gold member, That was strike one, I never took advantage of their Platnium privilages. The gentleman at the counter was not to nice (Fred Rose) and I find that he is a manager. A lady was there with a bus load of people and instead of telling them to wait in line, she called them up out of line behind us and he never inacted his manager skills and advise them they had to wait there turn. We were in line complaining and he still never acknowledged us (that was strike two) I was advised by Fred that my status was dropped because I did not spend enough money there, it was a measely $67,000.00 and that was strike three. I went back and gave them my card and ask to be taken off there mailing list, she then said "I have to keep the card." What do I need it for? keep it!! Fred (the manager/supervisor) never turned to acknowledge my issue. I did qualify at one time as a Platnuim player and after all that time my measly 67,000.00 was dismissed. Bye Isles Casino, I'll take my money somewhere else. I will be sharing this experience with everyone.

Three of us went to this dinner buffet last night and it was the worst buffet I have ever been to. We were there about 7pm so everything should have been fresh. Where do I even start?
Baked potatoes were not baked, they were hard. Salad bar was wilted, poor selections, and low on the few items they did offer. We saw no one was working to refresh anything. Pizza had been sitting for some time as there was congealed cheese on top. No one must have eaten the soup as it was thick mush also congealed on top. The "steaks" were rare, but still tough and chewy. Very few vegetables and they were cold. Very small selection of desserts - lemon squares and cupcakes were stale, creme custard was mush. It was all pretty disgusting and for us a little scary to eat.
Two items were pretty decent. The fried chicken was very good (worthy of 4 stars) and the fresh pasta station was okay (3 stars).
The price of this buffet was $24.95 and I wouldn't go back at any price.

Abysmal service. When the casino gets busy, which is most any time you’re able to visit, hand pay of jackpots can take an hour. High rollers and repeat customers (the lifeblood of the casino) are left sitting and waiting first for their machines to be reset and much later to get their money. Repeated complaints are met with “corporate won’t allow us to modernize to e-filing and they won’t let us hire more people” to “we work with what we have”. This foolish shortsightedness, particularly when neighboring casinos have modernized, will eventually cause a vicious cycle that further deteriorates the casino. I won’t be back.

I was attacked on the property and instead of reviewing the cameras to see what actually happened they believed the other guy and all the people backing him. Not a safe place to go to. You will get attacked and they will blame you for it. The guy who attacked me had been asking me for money and was angry I had refused to give him any. Horrible place that is not safe. I had been going there for 10 years never a problem but now it is terrible. Stay away! They will hound you for money and security helps them not you!

The Isle casino is a nice place to gamble. The variety of slots is good... lots of new ones but also oldie but goodies, like Sea Monkeys!! The payouts were pretty normal.. i.e. bad ;-) I had read reviews about it being smoky, but there were no ashtrays and noone smoked... a real binus!!

I recently starting coming back to the Isle after Covid. Went to Farraday's. We used to go every week. I am on a restricted diet. I ordered fish for almost $40.00. I asked the waited if I could substitute the potato for vegetable. Almost rudely told me that they do not substitute anything. We really enjoyed eating there all the time in the past. However, in today's world not being willing to work with a customer on simple substitutions makes it impossible to go back there again. Hopefully someone in management there can read this and deal with that terrible policy.

This is an average casino. Masks are mandatory and someone was walking around cleaning machines. I wish I would have thought to wear gloves tho. My only gripe was, it was raining but there was no valet parking and my husband and I both have difficulty walking. Don’t expect to order a drink unless you’re in the high roller section.

Thanks for the review. Due to COVID-19, valet was not available as we worked out the proper protocols. However, valet is now available with attendants wearing masks, gloves and sanitizing after each service.

This place has hit bottom and has started to dig. I went because I was given some free play. Got to the casino on Tuesday. The rewards app was broken. Couldn't get the money. The lady at the promo desk said should be fixed within a half hour. So played for a while and lost. Then had a machine that wouldn't spit out a ticket. Machine kept screaming call attendant. Told a group of wandering managers. Still nothing. I waited an hour. No one showed up. Was only a few bucks but I told the guard on my way out they can keep it and use it to hire some people.
They can take their free play and shove it up their ***. I'm done with them.
I didn't see anyone wiping down the machines while I was there, at least the area that i was in. There were no hand sanitizers like they have at other places. This place needs an enema. Whoever the GM is needs to go.

We apologize for your experience and are looking into this further. For clarity, we have people dedicated to cleaning the machines constantly and we do have (since we re-opened) hand sanitizers all throughout the building. If you need help finding one, please let us know.

For the past 12 years I and my friends have been coming here as we are staying across the street at the Wyndham resort and looking forward to visiting each and every night. There used to be giveaways and other events to look forward to. Not any more. And yes, it's called gambling for a reason, but the slots could not have been tighter to the extent we only came here three times instead of seven. And $8 for valet is a little steep, especially when you factor in the 2 tips. If it's like this next year we will never come here again. On a brighter note, we do enjoy a few meals at Myrons. Please reconsider what you have done.

We love casinos! We frequent our home casino (Hard Rock Tampa) almost weekly. We went to Miami for the weekend and actually extended our vacation one day just so we could experience this Ft. Lauderdale gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside, however once you walk in the front door, it feels like you are in a very nice casino. Temperature & ID checks upon first entering the building. The chairs were very nice and updated, super comfy to allow for hours of play time. We were excited to see some of our home casino favorite slots as well as MANY new ones we had never played. Plenty of ticket redemption machines, no need to wait in a long line. The bar is located in the center of the room and we never noticed a long line there either. One con is there is not enough late night dining options. All of the restaurants close at 10pm. There is one small deli-like area that remains open til midnight however it only had pastries, sandwiches, and pizza. Overall, we enjoyed our play time there and will likely be back in the future. We just have to remember to eat before arriving! lol

Why is it that I did not get one single bonus in the three hours I was there and over $600 I fed into your stupid slot money eating machines? Not a single payout? Are you kidding me? It was like the machines were totally shut off! Never going back again! Lost another player!
