We played 4 times last week and thoroughly enjoyed the course. We are beginners and are still learning the game.

The staff was really nice. We got paired with strangers twice. Just by watching these better golfers I learned a lot about how to play the game.

The course was crowded but everyone seemed to try to move quickly so that others weren't waiting forever.

We will definitely be back.

Played there weekly only because staff was so friendly, the course is horrible most the time.
Had a younger 4 some infront of us they wouldn't allow us to play through and they were terrible at the game. They left a club on the green, I ran em down and returned it, I hit a super long drive off hole 11, my ball dropped around 90ft from there cart, one guy ran up to my ball hit hit it into the small lake, I was not happy, contacted the office, some guy named Bobby which I don't know must be new, did absolutely nothing about it. I quit and will never return. Totally out of control......

This place shouldn’t even be called a golf course. $34 to play is a sin. Where they are putting the money is beyond me. The greens are shaggy, bumpy and gouged. You’d get a truer roll putting in a gravel pitt. Tee boxes are uneven and sand traps are not maintained. Fairways are hard and uneven there’s no guarantee the ball stays anywhere. The worst course I’ve ever set foot on. If you have a choice find a nearby mini putt and enjoy better conditions with the windmills and dinosaur obstacles. Embarrassing I should’ve got my money back.

The worst greens I have ever played on. The ball actually hops along instead of rolling because they are so rough. Fairways are in nice shape. Tees show the signs that the course is overplayed. Very crowded. Saw golfers disrespect the course by not replacing divots, not fixing ball marks and actuall drove a cart on the green. I had players behind me hit their ball up before I cleared the green.
In short, overpriced for a crowded overplayed course with rough greens.

Crappy greens, overpriced, no sand in the sand traps & they also nickel and dime golfers when they have rained out round

Nice short course with minimal water. The greens are not in good shape but the fairways are good. Friendly staff, great carts but you can also walk. It would be an easy course to walk. Very busy the day we played and they managed it well.

How they have the cheek to charge any money for this course is incredible. The hire clubs hadn't been cleaned for months and they were the cheapest clubs I have ever seen. The whole course is just a field with 18 holes in it.

Mainlands is a great course to play with a good layout. From the tips, it can be a challenge
The greens and tees are always good and fairways and rough always cut. I highly recommend this facility.

We golfed at the Mainlands three times this year and found the tee times may have been scheduled too close together. Every game this year has been backed up. Last game, there was a group of 4 men who took at least 20mts to finish a short par 3. Very frustrating. Otherwise we like this course, lots of roll and challenging greens.

Mainlands golf course is family owned and makes you feel welcome. It's a par 67 with 2 par 5's. The course is beautiful from tee boxes to greens. If you want to play golf and have fun this is the course for you. Would recommend this course to everyone.
