Tiny place, not much there

I've been to this place several times, but I doubt I will go back. Not much beach, one little hot dog stand, and a pier. That's it. Better to go farther south to Steinhatchee or... read more

This is a peaceful and quiet gulf coast beach. Relatively still waters, and not crowded... Like I said, peaceful. We love this beach. If you want to complain about no restaurants or whatever else... maybe this isn't the place for you. For a relaxing and tranquil visit, stop here.

I've been to this place several times, but I doubt I will go back. Not much beach, one little hot dog stand, and a pier. That's it. Better to go farther south to Steinhatchee or farther north towards Panacea.

The beach is very small with limited facilities, but very peaceful and nice. The pier was destroyed by recent hurricane activity but when it is there it is great for fishing. No restaurants or hotel facilities nearby - an RV park is very near

It was quite a drive off the main highway to get to the beach. It was just ok, not a beach that I would drive to again. I went once, and I'm good.

Keaton Beach, located off the beaten path of Perry, Fl was a nice kept secret. Although we visited after some of the Hurricane damage, we were surprised that it was all able to be cleaned up promptly and the beach itself was not poorly affected. The rocks overlooking the water are picture perfect for couples or families. We can not... More

We were in Perry and wanted to drop down and drive along the coast south. Ran across this delightful small beach to stop and have a snack. Certainly not a destination beach but pleasant none the less.

A quiet relaxing peace of Heaven. Recommend this for anyone. Families, couples or single people who want to get away from anything and everything.

Quiet with uncrowded, shady spots, even on a toasty August afternoon. Clean restrooms. Friendly families fishing, having picnics, wading. Seashells in the sand for kid collecting or crafting. Poignant historical marker.

This beach is an ok beach but it is very small. You can not have your dogs here though so we did not stay after driving from Steinhatchee. There is a convenience stor not far away for ice and sodas and the boat ram is also close by. Can't say what the water was like as we did not stay.
