Overall nice museum of Florida and Pensacola history with helpful, friendly staff. Has 3 floors with an interesting exposition; takes about 2,5 hours to go through the entire museum. Ticket($8) is valid for 7 days in this and all other museums in downtown Pensacola.

For the price, it was just fine. The museum really focuses on Pensacola history, and also has an exhibit about the namesake of the museum. There are a lot of curiosities, including a mummified cat. The one thing that I found distracting was the sound...More

The exhibit of Trader Jon's was the main draw for us. It was interesting to see a partial recreation of the bar with many of the original artifacts. I particularly liked the video of Trader Jon.

Depending on whether you have a lot or a little time planned, you will probably spend more time than you expected. Not only does this cover a wide time-span from 1559 to the present, it also zeroes in on WW II (Trader John's) and suburban...More

The Wentworth Museum has a fantastic recreation of Trader Jon's Bar on S. Palafox, full of original photos, memorabilia and junk including Blue Angels, Naval Aviators, Astronauts and famous clientele. If you ever experienced the "real" Trader Jon's then the only thing missing is the...More
