Educational and fun

This area is so nice to tour on a sunny day. The tours offered are very educational and great for even those of us who know the area.

I love historic sites. I especially love Historic Williamsburg and Old World Wisconsin. Historic Pensacola Village is a much smaller version of a living museum. It was definitely worth a visit. I love the old buildings and the areas where costumed workers tried to re-create the past. However, this site did not have workers who were as well informed as... More

This place - I recommend, got a lot of rich history (ghost stories), and AMAZING service. Our guide was so polite, detailed, and meaningful! I recommend this anytime, the church is the best part!

Visiting this Historic Village was a great way to get a feel for Pensacola's interesting past. I would recommend taking the guided tour ($7 for seniors) to see it at its best. Although you can stroll through the village at your leisure, some of the houses and the church can only be viewed if you take the tour. It was... More

Right in downtown Pensacola, a wonderful collection of homes and walk thru buildings. Take the tour and talk to the on site costumed staff for lots of information on this Historic Location.

This area is full of amazing history where different styles of houses still stand today. You can walk through the quaint old streets and just marvel at all those buildings.

Despite website saying otherwise, most of the buildings were closed on December 28th. We did get to visit the Wentworth museum which we enjoyed.

Cute---scenic---historic---a nice afternoon can be spent waling around and taking in all the sights and local history. We found a unique place to have lunch, it's outside and consists of four old but well kept, clean Air Stream campers converted to food trucks. The center area is designated for dining and has overhead lighting. Oh, the food is better than... More

If you are staying in town or on the beach, and have the opportunity to stroll around the village, it's a wonderful way to spend a few hours or more. It has history, shopping and nice restaurants to sit and dine. It has food trucks, it has Joe Patti's down the road a bit, where you can get the most... More

Pensacola historical village area is well preserved and educational. The small guided tour is worth the money and after you can visit other museums and houses on your own. Walking distance from historical Main Street where there are small shops and places to eat. Pleasantly surprised.
