We visited here for the first time and love it. We loved the little kiddie area beach. Super nice area for small children, no big waves. We gathered tons of sea shells. Not overly crowded. Reasonable price for chair and umbrella rentals. We will definitely be back!

We love coming to this beach and find it clean and easily accessible. There is not only gulf beach frontage that is fantastic, but this butts up to the Western Jetty and allows for fantastic snorkeling out as far as you feel safe going. Lots of little fish and crabs, even Lion fish. There's also a tidal pool type around... More

St. Andrews has the best beaches on the Emerald Coast. Other than Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day, this is the place to go for family beach fun. On the major holidays, the beaches are full. We go to St. Andrews State Park 3 or 4 times per week for wildlife viewing. We see deer, alligators, great blue herons,... More

Lovely, lovely park. From the water, to the pelicans, to the sand and the "Ghost Ship" were we able to view, we had a fabulous time at the park! We were actually there for family pictures and the water/beach was just beautiful! Highly recommend for all ages!

We visit when we come to Panama City Beach. It is a nice park to walk around, a nice mix of lakes, swamp, wildlife, ocean beach and two nice old fashioned fishing piers. This place is the best place to catch the shuttle to Shell Island, great for shelling. Both St Andrews and Shell Island are rarely crowded, great places... More

Spent the afternoon in the "kiddie" pool. This is a shallow area that is protected by jetties. Had a blast!

We went out to St. Andrews State Park and found a quiet cove on the beach to get married. It was wonderful. Also, you can drive through and find the stop where there are alligators. Many different kinds of birds and small deer. I would love to go back and spend some time.

I had been wanting to go to this state park and this was my first chance to go of my trips before to Panama Beach. Enjoyed my day visit here and the water even looked more beautiful then at my hotel. I will definitely return!

The park needs upgrades and it cost $8.00 to get in and it doesn't matter if you are going to look around, get on the shuttle for Shell Island, spend the day, or spend 15 minutes it's $8.00 so when you go make sure you plan to spend the day even though there is not much to see.
