It's a decent park, but not as nice as many others in Pinellas County. It's kind of small when compared to John Chestnut park or Anderson park in Tarpon Springs on US19.

We walked throughout the park on a Saturday morning. The tower isn’t nearly as fun or pretty as the old one, but this is a perfect park for a walk or stroll. Lots of strange artwork benches.

The new, fully ramped, lookout tower is so awesome. Also, the art sculpture benches are a treat to see. Such a cool place!!!

Wonderful park for walking, cycling, fishing, sightseeing. Too bad the county royally screwed up and the observation tower isn't open.

The Park is projected to reopen around the beginning of Aprilbut I think that may be a moving target until the Building Department and Department of Parks say its complete.
