We visited on a rainy day expecting it to be full, but it was surprisingly empty. We spent a good 3 hours in the house, it gives you a real insight into a privileged environment at the turn of the last century. The house is...More

It's well worth to take one of the included guided tours (approx. 1.5h) through the mansion (offered at various times throughout the day) as one gets more background stories about Mr. Flagler, his family and numerous pieces of furniture, art and the architecture. They offered...More

Well worth the entrance fee. My favorite is the chandeliers. I go once a year to refresh myself. There's a whole room of handmade lace; quite stunning. The amount of antiques is wonderful.

This is an important piece of Florida history. Not only on the water but a beautiful home and great exhibits. Even one of the rail cars from the Flagler railroad.

Thanks to Flagler we have Palm Beach - so we should be grateful his mansion didn't get torn down like so many others, and pay homage to the visionary! My kids genuinely enjoyed it, as there's an activity guide designed for them. Kept them engaged!

Sorry, I just found this question. To my knowledge, you can reserve a place for tea when you arrive. They do have a website which should give you more information. Enjoy your visit.
