A great place for a hike or bike ride thru the woods. Trails take you along Turkey creek where you can see manatees. Also kayak the creek.

easy walking path... natural flora & fauna, a real creek!! see kayakers, birds of all type, occasional manatee and closer to mouth of river (indian river) see occ dolphins and or sharks!

Such a beautiful place to visit and enjoy nature.. I strongly recommend family outings here. Kids will enjoy the hike.

Terrific place to walk around - marked trails, wildlife, creek, foliage, exercise areas. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing Park.

There is a mountain biking path alongside the sanctuary but it's maintained by the park district and I'm not certain if the upkeep is all that good . But I do know it's a medium level path with pretty rough terrain . Not for... More

if you were walking some of the trails outside the sanctuary or if the dog was in the canoe , it's ok , but because of all the wildlife , dogs are not allowed in the actual park , but there are so many outlying trails that... More

Those are donations made on behalf of the memory of someone deceased , you can call the park and they will put you in touch with the right people
