Our friends whom visited Orlando last year recommended florida magical tours. We used them 3 times whilst in Orlando. Very polite driver and friendly. Thank you!

Our driver Sam was on time. Nice and clean van. Nice brand new smell. We requested an infant seat and had no problems at all. Always a great experience with Florida Magical Tours. Always recommend them to friends and family.

We've used them for our airport Disney transportation for the past 5-6 years. Always on time, very friendly staff. We used their services last month. We decided to stay at a different resort this time ( Hard Rock Hotel ) and they picked us up in a beautiful limo. I'm always impressed how nice their cars are and always clean too!
As I've said before, I can't recommend Florida Magical Tours highly enough.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We have used other companies in the Orlando area for our family trips to Walt Disney World but these will be our guys from now on.
I travel a lot for business and I'm a nervous right traveler (I worry the car won't show up or my flight will be delayed etc.). I also use car services frequently for work.
Our plane arrived earlier than expected so I knew we had a wait. We received a phone call saying they were running a few minutes behind that our requested SUV had a mechanical issue so they were sending a stretch limo. The driver arrived and was incredibly apologetic(they were no more than 5 minutes late). They showed us to a stretch SUV that was meticulously maintained.
I never worried that they would miss our pick up as I often do. (I can't really explain why except that the pick up situation made me feel more confident in the company.)
Sure enough they arrived 15 minutes early for the pick up in the same stretch limo, apologizing for not being earlier. These guys are the absolute best. Well maintained, clean vehicles and great, friendly drivers. Highly recommend.

I recently used Florida Magical Tours for multiple legs on our vacation. They took us from the airport to WDW, from WDW to Port Canaveral and then the Port back to the airport. I found this to be difficult to book on their website but booking it over the phone was very smooth and easy with no wait time. And when I called back a few weeks later to add the free booster seat to my booking, it was again very smooth.
All of the drivers arrived on time (or early) and were all very courteous and helpful. The quote included the gratuity so there was no need to deal with any money with the driver.
It was so easy that I would have a very hard time finding a reason to not go with this company in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks...would probably recommend to those that don't ask, as well ;)

We used the service for a party of five transferring from Disney's Caribbean Beach to the Disney Cruise terminal and then back to the Orlando airport. The drivers were professional and courteous. The phone staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicles were sparkling clean. When the driver noticed we were all sleepy he turned off the radio so we could doze off. I would use them again.

We prebooked a transfer from the Royal Pacific Resort to the Citrus Bowl to watch Orlando City. Prior to booking, Christian was very helpful suggesting the best pick up times before and after the match.
Our driver was great, he was very friendly, gave us lots of information, was on time for both pick ups, and made sure we were comfortable with where we were being picked up after the match. He definitely made the evening run smoothly, and we had a great time at the soccer match.
I would recommend the company to others.

Our driver was waiting for us by luggage at MCO with a sign with our name. The exit to where the vehicle was parked was a very short walk which was super convenient. Our driver (I wish I could remember his name) was very personable with good conversation. The vehicle was a loaded private SUV. We have always used shuttle service in the past but this trip we decided to try something new. We are glad we chose Florida Magical Tours and Transportation!

So we had Chris pick us up in the Escalade & it was brand spanking new. Shiny, clean & not a swirl on that black paint. I have an Escalade so I’m familiar with the car. But let’s back the Caddy up a bit. Upon our arrival from California (it’s an all day thing to get to Fl with the time change) my Mom, 5-year old daughter & I were excited to arrive, but hungry & tired. Chris took all & I mean all our bags. I’ll show ya a pic. He was exactly what we needed upon arrival. Since I knew we’d be hangry & ready for a little Disney Magic, I set up Chris to take us to Disney Springs so we could eat & see what it had to offer. A great idea, by the way. We ate & were happy once again & ready for him to take us to our hotel. We’re at the Yacht Club & Chris helped us right up to check in. I had a Minnie van set up initially, but they wouldn’t do the Disney Springs stop. I’m so glad I cancelled them & I am hoping Chris can take us back to the airport when we head back & that we can cancel that Minnie Van! I will be using them for my February & August 2020 trips!
