Nice FREE pre attraction before you get to Universal's theme parks. Open late for the younger folks, loaded with eats, shopping and some activities. Better here than traipsing all-ove Orlando for place to go after parks as Orlando is unfriendly to travelers, way too spread out.

Fun and flashy both day and night. We went to movies, putt putt, several restaurants and stores. It is a wonderful place to unwind after a day in the parks or dance your butt off in one of the clubs.

Universal Citywalk is a shopping and entertainment area that is free for anyone to enter. You don’t have to go to the parks. You can hang out here. Located at the entrance of their main theme parks, there is a lot to see & do; plenty of dining options, drinking holes, souvenir shops and cinemas. All or almost all of... More

This has to be the greatest free place we have been to. It cost absolutely nothing. They had live music, fire work display, putt putt and numerous restaurant and stores. Must visit when in Orlando!

We always plan to visit for any reason that we pass through Orlando, even on cruise stops. The variety in clubs, music, entertainment all in one place in unbeatable. Young kids like it also because of the liveliness and just to walk around is free. Provides gateway access to both Universal parks and you can shop for everything that you... More

Now, I don't care for crowded places much for many reasons that I'm sure you all agree with. Still, the Universal City Walk has come a long way. Food, fun, and shopping are all here. Parking is pretty easy. The great thing is that Florida citizens get free parking after 6pm with proof (ID).
