No. The gorillas are on a separate trail from the one used for the trek, which covers the animals that can be seen on the Safari ride.

Just go to the park early and show them your reservation. They will let you pass the ropes. Folks that have reserved Character Dining has the same issue - they are used to it and handle it well. Enjoy.
