If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Carlos and ATC Buses went ABOVE and BEYOND for our team of 39! The customer service is EXCELLENT, bus was super clean and comfortable, they were flexible with our scheduling, driver was very friendly, and Carlos has been AMAZING! Would highly, highly recommend their services to anyone, and would absolutely use them again! Thank you so much, Carlos and team, for such a great experience! We appreciate you!

During my company’s recent leadership meeting in Orlando, we contracted with ATC Buses for our evening team building event. We were picked up at our hotel promptly as scheduled and driven to our destination in a very modern, clean, and comfortable bus (44 passengers). The bus ride was absolutely relaxing round-trip and enhanced our outing by relieving all attendees of traffic and parking issues (plus they could enjoy alcoholic beverages with dinner since they weren’t driving). The price was a great value (less than $10/person round-trip). I highly recommend Carlos and ATC Buses and look forward to chartering our next Orlando group outing with ATC.

We have used ATC Buses for our field trips for our school and we have been extremely happy with the service provided. ATC has always been on time to and from the locations. The buses are clean and our driver made us feel safe on our ride. We will definitely use them for our future trips

Carlos took us on a great Christmas lights tour of some of the Orlando hotels and surrounding area. He is an excellent driver, extremely cooperative with all our crazy requests and made the whole evening very enjoyable. Thanks, Carlos!

We brought down to Florida our five kids plus spouses and ten grandkids. They were greeted at the airport and transported to our home. Was way more affordable than cabs for everyone and they all had a blast! A wonderful new family memory, the grandkids are still talking about it. Then they all returned to the airport a week later. The ATC folks are so accommodating.

I have used several charter companies in the Orlando area. I am really impressed with ATC . Their customer service was outstanding. They arrived on time both times we used their services. I would definitely use them in the future.

First, ATC gave us a good price for the day trip to the Appleton Museum in Ocala. Second, Carlos Avalos showed up
right on time for our club members to board the bus and choose their seats. Third, the bus was clean and comfortable.
Fourth, our driver made good time to Ocala in less than ideal traffic and road-repair circumstances. Once at our destination Mr. Avalos made every effort to get us as close to the door as possible, both at the museum and at our
designated lunch stop. Some of our group had mobility issues and our driver showed patience and courtesy to
the members of our group.
The bus and the ride were comfortable and everyone felt secure. Thanks to ATC for providing such excellent service.
