My 8 year old son and I chose Disney's Blizzard park as he loves his water parks and that it was an overcast day with some rain. We visited mid week in February and were pretty much the first people in the park which never got to more than a hundred visitors. More on that later! Disney employees are very... More

We just came back but will head there again in March. Water was chilly with outside temp was nice and warm. My 2.5 went the toboggan and snow racer track. She loved it. They are kids friendly than typhoon lagoon.

We went on a Thursday morning, first thing. It was easy to find a sunbed, we got on all the slides without queuing and almost had the lazy river to ourselves. We left at lunch time and it was starting to get busier so we had timed it well. You definitely need a sunny day though.

My family had so much fun here. I personally thought there wasn't a great deal for my toddler to do. We went on the team boat thing with her a few times, the lazy river and the wave pool. My other daughter and my husband did a lot more. There's loads and loads of sunbeds and seating available, everything's very... More

When the sun is out and the skies are clear this is definitely a place to visit. You'll need $10 for a locker but parking is free. $11 + tax gets you a refillable cup which is free to refill for the rest of the day so you can keep refreshed - well worth it! The slides haven't changed since... More

I could have stayed here for the whole two weeks just travelling around the river in a rubber ring. It was a great chill out day and as it was very hot, the river and lagoon were wonderful. We all felt very chilled after a day here.

Disney does a great job of making these rides fun, safe and creative - we have been many times with our kids and it has always been a fun experience - something you can enjoy with any age kid on a really fun level!

Both the Disney water parks are great but Blizzard Beach is more for the thrill seekers. There are slides for the whole family but 3 or 4 that you have to be a certain height for. If you want to go on the main slide (Summit Plummet) then get there early as the queue will build up quick and only... More
