The Park was extremely crowded this time probably due to the new Avatar attraction. Wait times were long but still had a good day. Avatar is really good.

Place is overcrowded with somewhat narrow pathways making maneuvering with a carriage difficult. Safari ride was very good and so was the Lion King show. But rest of attractions not particularly interesting for small children.

No you don't need to lift your legs over. I do suggest trying the test seat outside the que. It is narrow and it does require you to scoot all the way to the front of the seat.
