A treasure of nature within steps from the highway. Enjoy walking paths and water access for kayaking or just viewing. Do not miss the opportunity to visit.

This State Park is a real hidden treasure. Beautiful, well maintained park with different water activities available. We went kayaking in a double kayak. Beautiful scenary. Staff very helpful. Walked to beach area too. Very nice. We will be back. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🛶

They have a program set up so that you can go as a group with a guide to watch nesting sea turtles. Although we were only able to see a turtle come out of the water from a distance it was still a fun experience!

Ordinarily not enough surf unless you wait until Fall and some Nor'easters come crashing in. Fall and winter would be you best time and then it is catch as catch can.
