We visited this park during on a regular day of the week. It was very quiet during our visit and we absolute don't see this as a problem as we love to walk in a quiet environment :-). We did long a walk along the water and really enjoyed our short visit. Facilities on location are great.

This park offers a lot to do. Hiking, biking, fishing, camping, swimming, boating. It's also a great place to have a party.

A great park for spending the day with family and/or friends. This park has something for everyone: a beach, hiking/biking trails, mangrove trails and open sea for paddling, kayak and bicycle rentals, tent camping, rental cabins, bathroom facilities, picnic shelters, BBQ grills, lots of picnic tables and its very own island with additional beach and picnic areas (popular with boaters).... This is a great place to kayak, canoe, and have a picnic. Me and a large groups of people wanted to hang out and do some adventurous outdoor activities and this place is the place to do it! The rentals are very affordable and the view is amazing!

Oleta River State Park is lovely. Was there the Sunday before Labor Day and the weather was perfect! Many families were out. Many individuals were riding bikes and kayaking. I went hiking and the trails were wonderful! The levels ranged from intermediate to high. The trails are shared with the individuals who are riding bike, but honestly it was no... More

Beautiful place, it has plenty beaches, BBQ places, picnic tables. You can rent bicycles and kayaks. It is nice to go fishing as well. Great for the family and as a big group too.

One of my favorites. You can go to the beach, have a barbecue, ride your bicycle or try the kayaks. Mosquitoes are mean during summer, get out of there no later than 6:45 PM if you want to avoid them

Nice sharp turns w/in woods, bridges, easy up&down, good for few hrs of mtb. Maybe visitors should have more respect of beaches and sea to leave it clean for next client.

This place is amazing (apart from the warning about alligators LOL). We have visited many times and so far no gaiters. Wonderful beach and picnic area plus good car parking. Only downer is not a lot of shade for parking your car in.

Oleta River State Park is a great place if you're into outdoor activities. The Blue Moon Outdoor Center is easy to find and provides clear instructions and details on kayak rentals. We took a kayak out for an hour and really enjoyed passing through all the mangroves and low hanging branches. It was just such a fun day.
