This is a great quick stop if you like churches with history. If not, this likely isn’t worth your time. It’s free. Donations are accepted. There is a pretty cemetery next door and some historical signs about early settlers. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes for...More

At the end of the island is a quaint small cemetery where original inhabitants of the island are buried, many of them infants. The chapel is small and still in use. People leave shells and other objects in memory of those buried here.

A beautiful peaceful place to visit. Interesting reading the history of the place and the location is beautiful. Also be sure to visit the nearby cemetery.

The history that goes with the chapel is interesting is most fascinating. Wander through the cemetery and read the stories of some of the original settlers on the island.

The chapel by the sea is small but interesting - worth a visit if you are going to take some time walking along the beach. There is also a small cemetery on the property.

We have made this a Christmas Eve tradition to attend the candlelight services. So many locals and visitors attend the service and everyone sits outside under a blanket of Christmas lights strung from tree to tree above our heads. The service is beautiful, thought provoking,...More

We visited the chapel and the cemetery as they are next to each other. There is a small parking lot for both attractions. The Chapel is very old/historic. Very well kept. Same for the cemetery. The historical markers will tell you the story of the...More
