I am overweight and have tried several exercise programs in my life but by far this is the best all around path to good health ( hmmm I like that) the raised walking path winds through a scenic area where you sometimes see wildlife. The grounds staff is always present, friendly and is constantly focused on keeping the walking path... More

Love to float down turkey creek on pool noodles. Fun. Water is cold but in the summer it feels great. If you don't want to get wet. You can walk the boardwalk to see a large portion of the creek and nature.

We walked 3 quarters of a mile and it was beautiful. We walked to the memorial and viewed my daughter in laws memorial to her father.

Walking the Turkey Creek wooden trail is a pure joy. The path allows for amazing closeness to nature and a wonderful walk. The wooden and composite path allows for ease of walking and looking at the same time. Great use of public funds!!!!

The boardwalk is a great way to get outside in a safe environment. The walk along the creek is quite beautiful. The boardwalk is wide and flat. Wide enough for strollers. Flat enough for those with walking challenges. Safe for toddlers with railings enclosed by rubber coated chain link the majority of the trail. Swim platforms and inner tube launch... More

My favorite place to walk. So peaceful! Don't forget to take your swimsuit & inner tube so you can float down the creek.

Took a morning walk here after a suggestion from a friend. The boardwalk is in great shape with several viewing areas. Great picnic area. Beautiful clear cold water.

It is a pleasure to walk up high on the boardwalk through a wooded area. The walk is about 1 mile one way with a lot of benches along the way. It is fun to look for wildlife on the walk

We took our 2 year old grandson on this walk. It was obviously a popular weekend activity with lots of strollers, a few walkers, and plenty of couples just out for a stroll. It was a perfect day, too. Not hot; not cold. There is a large covered picnic area at the start of the boardwalk. There is even a... More
