Venetian Bay Golf Club is located conveniently between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Opened as a private course in 2008, Venetian Bay opened for Public play in November of 2012. "Play the Bay" became a phrase heard by locals and visitors alike as the course an clubhouse became a destination due to the player friendly layout. Experienced golfers as well as beginners experience the feeling of a "round well played" at an affordable rate. This 18 hole championship course is a must play for the Daytona/New Smyrna Beach golf traveler.

Good Lunch at their Restaurant

This is a nice place for lunch. You can look out over the golf course and have a lunch selected from a very varied menu. I was with a large group of ladies and pretty much... read more

Wonderful staff, great price (summer weekday rate) and excellent layout. I could not have had a better experience.

This is a nice place for lunch. You can look out over the golf course and have a lunch selected from a very varied menu. I was with a large group of ladies and pretty much everyone got something different making for a real challenge in the kitchen. They did a fine job. Everyone liked their lunches. I had a... More

The course is in pretty good condition compared to earlier this year and end of last year. They have lost a lot of players because of the price increase to play there. It is the most expensive in this area. What amazes me is you cannot reach anyone in the pro shop. Call for tee time no one answers. Call... More

This was our first time at Venetian Bay. It was a cold, windy, SuperBowl Sunday. Not the best golf conditions but we had a birthday wish to fulfill and went anyways. This is a beautiful course. Challenging and very private. Lots of sand pits and water. Clean large bathrooms too. The only negatives were that the course should have been... More

Had a round here yesterday, cut short unfortunately by horrendous lightening storm. Previous posts have criticised the state of the course, well the first nine are brilliant, a good challenge for golfers of all grades. The second nine is undergoing a lot of work but that's a small price to pay to play this attractive course. I called in on... More

I played the course a few weeks ago and it is in terrible shape, no sand in the traps but lots of standing water, the greens had not been cut or rolled and the ball would hardly roll ten feet. It is very disappointing to see a wonder course go so far downhill.

A friend and I played here after two rounds at the LPGA courses and it was a pleasant round of golf. The course has what seems to be thousands of bunkers, however none came into play for either of us during the round. The course is relatively easy with few challenging holes, but well maintained with a very pleasant staff.... More

I've played several courses down here and this was by far the best layout. The greens were better too but still not good. It's winter and the greens are over seeded, but the courses in Clermont have better greens. Better greens but no beach, so it's a push.

Used "Golf 18" prices. Great value this way. Front and back nines quite different, so there is something for everyone. Fairways in good shape, but greens needed help. Still playable, though. Would definitely go back.
