Attend the non-traditional services that is held at 11 a.m. The music is wonderful and up-lifting. Pastors Peter and Laura are inspiring with their messages

I have been attending CCUMC for several years, when I'm in New Smyrna Beach. I've always felt at home there. When their minister of 35 years retired last year, I was afraid their attendance would go down, which would have an adverse effect on all the many activities the Church is involved in. The District Superintendant did an excellent job... More

We heard good stuff about this beachside church but were disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm and the coldness of the members.

Reverand Brown has just retired form serving this Church and Community for many, many years... They have great concerts for July 4 celebration and the Christmas concert is not to be missed...but Reverand Brown will be missed as he made the church with his wit and wisdom and teachings

Altough I rarely get to visit, as I live 100 miles away, when possible we go to the 11:00 service. Bob Brown, the outgoing minister, is the best I ever heard, and a joy to listen to. I have not visited since the new minister started, he has big shoes to fill. But I have always felt welcome at the... More

The service is casual but relevant . The sermons are thought provoking and moving. You will be happier when you leave and inspired to be a Christian .....

We visited twice two years ago. Neither time did anyone come up and introduce themselves! We thought it was a very unfriendly congregation too busy with their own cliques to introduce themselves. Ministers sermons were decent but heard he is retiring. Sanctuary had no windows... yuk!

he is a wonderful speaker!! sermons are related to life today. appears to be an active church, with a variety of gatherings. i was only here for 2 months, but it served my spiritual needs very well. b/c 11a.m. is my preferred time for church, i ended up at their contemporary services. i really enjoyed the music and singing/instruments.
